Direction: Using the classic, yet popular 8 Bit style to create a Non Fiction Fantasy game based around Basalt.

The Kingdom of Basanites is a shared kingdom which has been at peace for centuries. The Kingdom is home to six royal families. The house of Plagio, Roxene, Olivi, Bioti, Hornblend, and Quartz.
Each of the houses hold a piece to the hexalogy know as 'The Scoria'. An evil empire known as the 'termentum' is slowly trying to take over the empire and has successfully claimed the house of Quartz
You play as Nox Plagio, son of Daniel Plagio (the main house of the kingdom of Basanites). it is your job to reclaim the pieces of the Scoria and potentially bring peace to the kingdom of Basanites?

The word "basalt" is ultimately derived from Late Latin basaltes, a misspelling of Latin basanites "very hard stone".

The House of Py'roxene, or Roxene (Pyroxene).
The house of Olivi, (Olivine).
The house of Bioti, (Biotite).
The House of Hornblend, (Hornblende).
